No. Buy Before You Buy™ provides an experienced market-based opinion and buying advice. It is not a formal bank, legal or registered valuation.
The standard $500 + GST service is based on the information supplied, available property information and your consultation. A physical inspection is not included unless separately agreed.
No. Specialist building, pest, strata, legal and financial advice must be obtained from the relevant qualified professional. We can identify matters you may wish to investigate further.
The service includes strategy and guidance only. Negotiating directly with the selling agent or bidding at auction can be arranged under our separate Negotiation & Due Diligence or Auction Bidding services.
