Result: After been the under bidder at an auction the week prior and wisely not overpaying, my clients discovered a beautiful apartment in Cremorne that tick all the boxers. At the risk of missing out, we strategically negotiated the right price and within half an hour we had a signed contract with a 66w and 10% deposit, blowing the other purchases out of the water.
