Client Brief: Dual occupancy site in Sydney under $1,000,000. Must have existing house and granny flat to achieve a high yield for several years before developing.
Result: After initially purchasing a family home for his clients several years ago in Sydney, Rodney McLoughlin's clients decided it was time to purchase an investment property with strong growth potential and a high yield.
With a budget of less than $1,000,000, Rodney advised his cleints to consider dual occupancy sites around St Marys where the new metro for Badgerys Creek Airport will be built.
The site needed to be over 650m2 and have at least a 15 meter frontage. When most buyers and agents were taking holidays in January 2022, Rodney managed to secured a fantastic development site that had an existing house and granny flat achieving an extremely high rental income.
