Comment: Auction Results Sydney

Covid-19 lockdown restrictions have done little to dampen home buyer activity, with Sydney agents well equipped to move auctions online and conduct private inspections for well qualified buyers, keeping Buyer Agent’s busy.

Sydney house prices have shot up by an average of nearly 20 per cent over the past year in what has become the strongest property boom in a generation.

House prices ibn Sydney rose 3 per cent, or about $38,000, in June alone, which equates to an increase of $1266 per day.  Unit values increased by a modest 5.1 per cent over the past year, reflecting buyer’s appetite for more open space, due to flexible at home working conditions.
