Client Brief: Purchase a free-standing house close to the water, with views. Must be near public transport and parks.


Result:  Our client had been looking to purchase for around 12 months and had been pipped at the post too many times to count.

( I continued my working day unhindered) then drove to distant suburbia to the Real estate office, and continued to apply pressure on the agent to make good her word that legally binding exchange would occur that evening, Plus negotiated a realistically reduced price on my behalf

Visited the home with me after exchange again just to provide me with practical hints.
