Prestige Real Estate: According to a Knight Frank forecast, Prestige property prices are tipped to keep rising throughout 2021, fuelled by strong demand from local buyers and underpinned by low interest rates, government stimulus and supply demands.

Should your Superannuation be used to purchase real estate? The former director of the Reserve Bank, Bernie Fraser has come out supporting the idea, saying “This would enable low-income earners to withdraw some of their super to buy a home.” However Rudd dismissed it as “fiscally reckless”, saying withdrawing $30,000 at age 35 for a home could leave a worker $400,000 worse off in retirement.

Sydney’s Most Affordable & Liveable Suburb: Beverly Hills, 14 kilometres from the CBD, was deemed as the “closest affordable and liveable suburb to the CBD”, with a median house price of $1,201,500 and median unit price of $752,500.
