Client Brief: Purchase a large free-standing 4 bedroom home in the Eastern Suburbs with a pool for around $2,000,000

Result:  Rodney McLoughlin from TBAS® Buyers Agents was engaged to offer independent advice and execute an auction bidding strategy for an on-site auction. 

The auction had 5 registered bidders, but with a strategic first bid we managed to eliminate all but one of the bidders. Our fluent and aggressive bidding strategy eventually prevailed over the remaining bidder, securing the property $28,000 below the vendors reserve.

Our auction bidding strategy was only achievable due to the thorough research conducted prior to auction of comparable properties.
